What types of projects do you work with?
We work with early-stage blockchain projects typically within the first year of their lifecycle stages. Our clients span DeFi protocols, NFT projects, Layer 1/Layer 2 solutions, Web3 gaming, AI-crypto integrations, and blockchain infrastructure. Whether you're preparing for a token launch, building community, or scaling to new markets, we have experience in your sector. We choose not to work with meme projects.
How quickly can we get started?
We can typically onboard new clients within 5-10 business days. After an initial consultation call to understand your goals and current situation, we'll present a tailored strategy proposal. Once approved, our team begins implementation immediately - whether that's launching social campaigns, connecting with potential partners, or building out your community infrastructure.
What information do you need from us to begin?
We'll need access to your existing channels (social media accounts, Discord/Telegram, website analytics), any brand assets or guidelines you have, your project documentation (whitepaper, tokenomics, roadmap), and clarity on your immediate goals and KPIs. Don't worry if some of these don't exist yet - we can help create them as part of our onboarding process.
Do you work with projects under NDA?
Absolutely. We work with numerous clients under strict confidentiality agreements, especially during pre-launch phases. Many of our most successful partnerships are projects we can't publicly discuss due to NDA requirements. We understand the sensitive nature of Web3 development and fundraising.
What's your minimum engagement length?
Our minimum engagement is typically 3 months, which allows enough time to implement strategies, gather data, and optimize for results. However, we also offer project-based work for specific initiatives like token launches or event management. For sustained growth and market positioning, we recommend 6-12 month partnerships where we can fully execute our retention-driven approach.

How much do your services cost?
Investment varies based on scope, project stage, and specific needs. Our engagements typically range from $5,000-$25,000+ per month depending on the comprehensiveness of services. We offer everything from focused single-service solutions (like community management only) to full-stack marketing and project management. We'll provide transparent pricing during our initial consultation based on your specific requirements.
Do you offer equity or token-based compensation?
e're open to hybrid compensation structures that include tokens or equity for the right projects, particularly those in early stages with limited runway. However, we always require a baseline cash component to cover operational costs. Token allocations typically follow standard vesting schedules aligned with your team and advisors.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our monthly retainers cover the services outlined in your agreement. The only additional costs would be pre-approved expenses like paid advertising budgets, premium tools or software needed for your specific project, or travel for in-person events - all of which we discuss and get approval for in advance.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Our standard agreements are month-to-month, however we often provide discounted rates for longer term commitments. This protects both parties - giving us enough time to deliver meaningful results while allowing you flexibility if your needs change. We don't believe in locking clients into lengthy contracts; our goal is to deliver such strong value that you want to continue working together.
How do you measure success?
Success metrics are customized to your goals but typically include community growth and engagement rates, social media reach and sentiment, partnership quality and quantity, investor connections and funding secured, user acquisition and retention, protocol TVL or platform activity, and overall market positioning. We provide detailed monthly reports with actionable insights and strategy adjustments based on performance data.
What's your typical process for new clients?

That's entirely up to you. Some clients prefer a hands-off approach where we handle everything and provide weekly updates, while others want daily collaboration on content and strategy. At minimum, we need a primary point of contact for approvals and strategic decisions, and access to your team for technical questions or time-sensitive matters. We adapt to your preferred working style.
