About the Role

In this role, you’ll own the initial outreach process, from researching potential prospects to booking qualified discovery calls. You’ll reach out to blockchain startups, DeFi protocols, and Web3 companies through cold DMs, social channels, and creative outreach methods to generate interest in our services. Your ability to craft compelling initial messages, handle objections, and maintain persistent follow-up will directly feed our closing team with high-quality opportunities.

 

The ideal candidate thrives on the hunt for new prospects and isn’t deterred by the volume-based nature of outreach. You should be comfortable with rejection, persistent in your follow-ups, and skilled at identifying decision-makers within target organizations. Success in this role requires consistency, creativity, and a genuine understanding of what motivates Web3 companies to invest in marketing.

What You’ll Do
  • Take ownership of outreach and top-of-funnel activity, by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential leads.
  • Initiate first contact through cold DMs, social channels, and other outreach methods to spark interest.
  • Schedule qualified prospects into discovery calls with the BD Associate team.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to keep conversations warm and prevent drop-offs before the handover.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team in weekly syncs to share feedback on lead sources, message angles, and market response.
What We’re Looking For
  • Must have experience in outreach, lead generation, or Business Development roles.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneur-like drive. You don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Not afraid to engage in high-volume cold DMs if that’s what it takes to get results.
  • Past experience in setting qualified meetings is a big bonus, however we prioritise the right attitude and consistency.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to keep the pipeline full and consistent.
