About the Role
As our Business Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of significant contact for potential clients, conducting meetings that showcase our agency’s capabilities and uncover opportunities for collaboration.
In this role, you’ll manage the sales cycle from qualified lead to proposal delivery. You’ll conduct discovery calls and presentations with blockchain startups, DeFi protocols, and Web3 companies, gathering the insights needed to craft compelling custom proposals. Your ability to build rapport, understand complex technical needs, and communicate our value proposition will directly impact our growth trajectory.
The ideal candidate combines sales acumen with genuine curiosity about the Web3 space. You should be comfortable reaching out to prospects across multiple channels, conducting professional meetings, and maintaining momentum throughout longer sales cycles typical in the B2B marketing space.
What You’ll Do

Take ownership of qualified leads handed over by the setting team and move them efficiently through the pipeline.

Lead meetings with prospects, presenting tailored solutions and addressing objections to guide them toward closing decisions.

Gather all necessary information during calls to enable the team to create customized proposals and pricing offers post-meeting.

Maintain rigorous follow-ups and touchpoints throughout the sales cycle to nurture prospects from initial meeting through contract signature.

Manage your schedule independently, leveraging tools to stay on top of deals, deadlines, and pipeline priorities while balancing closing activities.
What We’re Looking For

Must have at least 2 years of direct sales, business development, or client-facing experience.

Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal.

Self-starter with an entrepreneur-like drive. You don’t wait to be told what to do.

Willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines and exceed targets.

Past experience in closing sales is a big bonus, however we prioritise the right attitude and drive.
