About the Role

We’re seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to join Bond Finance and serve as the primary advocate for our clients’ success. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between our sales and delivery teams, ensuring seamless client experiences from onboarding through ongoing partnership growth.

 

As our Client Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and maintaining our strong reputation  for exceptional service in the Web3 ecosystem. You’ll work closely with innovative blockchain projects and DeFi protocols, helping them achieve their marketing goals while building long-term strategic partnerships.

 

The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management skills with a deep understanding of Web3 technologies and marketing strategies. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple client accounts, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our client retention processes.

What You’ll Do
  • Client Onboarding: Responsible for taking over client onboarding once the sales team has closed the sale.
  • Client Support: Answer all client questions and address any concerns in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Reporting: Fill out the Client Success Tracker (CST) with the next steps after meetings with the client.
  • Search for opportunities for additional services that will help the client grow their project further. Report this to and work closely with the service delivery team.
  • Refinement: Continue refining and improving existing Client Retention Strategy.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client success or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • A calm, empathetic mindset and problem-solving instincts.
  • Comfortable using modern tools like Intercom, Notion, Slack, and more.
  • Someone who loves turning challenges into positive outcomes and thrives in fast-paced environments.
