About the Role

Bring Web3 projects to life through strategic content creation and community engagement across social platforms. As our Social Media Manager, you’ll craft compelling narratives that resonate with crypto-native audiences while building authentic connections between brands and their communities.

In this role, you’ll develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each project’s unique vision and target audience. You’ll create engaging content that cuts through the noise of Web3 marketing, manage posting schedules across multiple platforms, and collaborate with designers to produce visually striking campaigns. Your expertise in KOL management will help amplify reach and credibility within the broader crypto ecosystem.

The ideal candidate understands the nuances of Web3 culture and can adapt messaging for different blockchain communities. You should be comfortable juggling multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining each brand’s distinct voice and meeting tight deadlines in this fast-moving industry.

What You’ll Do

Create compelling social media content, maintaining consistency with the project’s tone of voice and messaging.
Effectively manage the project’s content calendar and posting schedule.
Collaborate with graphic designers to request and refine visuals.
Help to develop and execute content strategies based on the vision and characteristics of the project.
Help to create and manage KOL campaigns.
Independently manage your schedule, utilizing time-blocking and task management tools to ensure deadlines are met and priorities are maintained.

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of experience working for Web3 marketing agencies or Web3 native projects
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Ability to manage time effectively using time blocking and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects consecutively.
Willingness go the extra mile to meet deadlines, potentially during weekend when necessary
