Bond Finance – Editorial & Submission Guidelines
At Bond Finance, our mission is to deliver high-quality, accurate, and news-worthy press releases across the Web3, fintech, blockchain, and emerging-technology sectors. To maintain a consistent editorial standard and ensure every release is publishable across our partner network, we require all submissions to follow the guidelines below.
These rules help protect the credibility of your announcement, improve distribution success, and ensure your content performs well across our publishing partners.
1. Title & Summary Requirements
Headline Guidelines
- Keep headlines succinct: 8–17 words is optimal
- Headlines must be clear, news-driven, and accurately reflect the body content.
- Avoid special characters in titles:
&, %, TM, @, $, #or similar. - Use active verbs and professional language.
- Avoid exaggerated or promotional wording.
- Your headline should remain under 110 characters if your package includes distribution to outlets with headline limits.
2. Acceptable Press Release Structure
A valid Bond Finance press release must:
- Present a clear corporate announcement, update, partnership, milestone, product launch, or other newsworthy event.
- Contain 300–1000 words of structured, objective content.
- Be written in third person only (avoid “I”, “we”, “you”).
- Avoid investment advice, predictions, or forward-looking guarantees.
- Maintain a formal, journalistic tone — not advertising style.
- Avoid unsupported claims, sensational language, or hype.
- Contain clean formatting: no JavaScript, tables, hidden characters, or non-ASCII symbols.
- Include authentic, verifiable quotes only.
- Use proper hyperlinks.
- Links must include http:// or https://
3. Formatting & Technical Requirements
Forbidden characters
Your content must not contain:
- Latin characters with diacritics (ā, ē, ī, ō, ū)
- Hidden Unicode characters such as
‍or zero-width spaces

Images & Media
- Your package may include 0–1 featured image depending on the plan.
- Images must be JPG, PNG, or WebP, under 5MB.
- If you choose not to upload an image yourself where a specific site requires it, we will use our judgment to add one for you
Quotes
- Only include statements from real individuals associated with the company.
- Do not fabricate quotes or attribute statements to unnamed persons.
Links
- Use sparingly and only when relevant.
- Over-linking may result in rejection from certain outlets.
4. Company Contact Details (Required)
Bond Finance requires a company information section via the dedicated form (not inside the press release body).
You must supply:
- Project Name
- Full Name of Contact Person
- Official Company Email
- Company Website
- Country
These details must not be placed inside the press release text — they belong in the submission form only.
5. Content Restrictions
Bond Finance cannot accept or publish press releases containing the following:
Prohibited Themes
- Purely promotional or sales-driven content (“Buy now,” “Big discount,” etc.)
- Adult, explicit, or sexually suggestive material
- Hate speech, harassment, or defamatory content
- Fake, misleading, or copied content
- Content intended to harm a person, company, or group
- Illegal activities, hacks, pirated software, or device-jailbreaking
- Drug-related or alcohol-promotion content
- Gambling, betting, casino content
- Psychic services, pseudoscience, unverified alternative therapies
- Unregulated dietary supplements, weight-loss products, HCG/ketones
- Content attacking governments, political figures, or discussing government policies
- Radical political or religious opinions
- Copyright-infringing tokens or NFTs
- Court cases, legal accusations, or legal disputes
- Listicles unless pre-approved with the Bond Finance team
6. Quality Standards
Before submitting, ensure your content:
- Is fully proofread
- Has no spelling or grammar errors
- Is logical, factual, and news-oriented
- Has no XML-breaking characters, malformed code, or formatting errors
- Respects all guidelines above
7. Review & Publication Process
- 24 hours for Bond Finance editorial review
- 24–48 hours for partner publication, depending on the package
- Total: Up to 72 hours
Please note:
- Each outlet has unique guidelines; acceptance is not guaranteed across all sites, however a full refund will be granted if it is not accepted.
- Once published, press releases cannot be edited or removed.
8. Final Notes
Bond Finance retains full discretion to approve, reject, or partially modify submitted content.
Our decisions ensure quality, compliance, and credibility across our network.
